Mark Majeske was a certified Residential Measurement Provider by the American Association of Radon Scientists and Technologists (AARST) and by the National Environmental Health Association Nation Radon Proficiency Program (NRPP {ID #103497 RT}). Both certifications have expired and were not renewed do to the high cost to remain a member in these organizations. Mark was also certified by NRPP as a Residential Mitigation Provider {ID # 103498 RMT}. This certification also expired due to the same reason. Majeske Home Inspection Services will take care of all your pest inspection needs upon request. We are able to coordinate inspection schedules with one of our colleagues in the pest inspection industry. Just let us know that you would like to have a pest inspection and Mark will make the arrangements to have the pest inspection completed at the same time as the home inspection.
Majeske Home Inspection Services also does real estate inspections on multi-unit rental complexes and commercial buildings. The inspection is customized to your wants and needs.
Mobile Homes are inspected in much the same way as a regular inspection. Majeske Home Inspection Services also inspects for the presents of a tie-down system to make sure the mobile home is stable and secure.
Majeske Home Inspection Services can also coordinate your well and septic tank inspection. Sometimes it is not possible to arrange having all the inspections done at the same time, but every effort will be made to coordinate a time that is convenient for you.
Mark Majeske is also certified to perform Mold Screening. Upon request, Majeske Home Inspection Services will take air and surface samples which will be sent to PRO-LAB for evaluation. Once the testing is complete, you will be provided with a written Mold Screen Report which will identify the areas in the building where conditions indicate microbial problems may exist.
