Well and Septic Tank Inspections:Majeske Home Inspection Services can also coordinate your well and septic tank inspection. Sometimes it is not possible to arrange having all the inspections done at the same time, but every effort will be made to coordinate a time that is convenient for you.

Mold Testing:Mark Majeske is also certified to perform Mold Screening. Upon request, Majeske Home Inspection Services will take air and surface samples which will be sent to PRO-LAB for evaluation.  Once the testing is complete, you will be provided with a written Mold Screen Report which will identify the areas in the building where conditions indicate microbial problems may exist.

As mold identification cannot be done by the naked eye alone, recommendations for air and/or swab samples will be provided based on the visual inspection. If weather conditions are appropriate, the mold sampling can be completed during the residential inspection process. Within a few business days, you will received a detailed report identifying the type and amount of airborne mold spores and other airborne contaminates in the building along with abatement/treatment recommendations provided by PRO-LAB. More information regarding mold and its associated health problems can be found on the EPA website.
