Residential Home Inspection:

For a complete single unit inspection, the price is based on the following:

Up to 1500 square feet:      $250.00 
1500 to 2000 square feet:   $275.00
Over 2000 square feet:       $300.00

Condo (interior inspection only) $225.00

**Note- these inspection fees are used as a general guideline. Other variables sometimes come into play such as travel distance, out-buildings, and others. Call to discuss with me the details of structure to be inspected for a more accurate quote.

Professional Radon Gas Testing:
$75.00 (when performed in conjunction with a home inspection)
$100.00 (when performed alone)

Pest Inspections:
From $60.00 to $70.00 (Provided by Ed Jones owner of No-Risk Exterminating - State Certified or Lonnie Collins owner of Accurate Inspections - State Certified)

Mold Inspections (air sample testing):
$125.00 per sample (when performed in conjunction with a home inspection - at least two air samples are required {one indoors and one outdoors})
